Primo Dental Laboratory’s greatest strength is in our implant cases. We work confidently with all the main implant systems available on the market and always produce restorations to the highest standard.
This nice case shows why we like to always use a temporary restoration on implants in the aesthetic area. By taking advantage of the temporary restoration we were able to manipulate the tissues in order to achieve a natural emergence profile and create papillae. The definitive restoration, as seen in the photo, resembles natural teeth and tissues.
High aesthetic expectations is what motivates us to create such a natural looking screw retained implant crown. For this case the restoration was completely metal-free, using a zirconia abutment bucally layered with cosmetic porcelain.
Complex screw retained zirconia implant bridge. We were able to correct the angle up to 32 degrees thanks to the use of a custom cast angulated abutment, in order to satisfy the needs of our client.
