Thinking outside the box while managing each case differently, makes Primo’s team approach unique. We thrive to overcome difficult, complex clinical situations and to deliver aesthetic and functional restorations with a precision fit.
Case 1
For our lovely patient Sally we used the All-on-6 approach in order to rehabilitate her full maxillary arch. Through the use of the temporary restoration we were able to test out the occlusal scheme, aesthetics and phonetics. The patient was very satisfied with the temporary, so we copied that situation to the final bridge. The definitive restoration is a Hybrid Bridge consisting of a custom cast metal bar, with anatomic supports for the denture teeth, which was processed in Ivobase High Impact acrylic.
Case 2
This case was done for a patient with very high aesthetic expectations. When Margaret came to us she was very shy and was not confident in her smile. After examining the clinical situation, the surgeon decided that the patients’ teeth could not be saved, and in order to meet the Margaret's aesthetic demands, the most predictable solution was to go for an All-on-6 for the upper arch and All-on-4 for the lower. Due to the good primary stability of the implants on the day of the surgery, we were able to immediately load them. The image on the right is of the 5 day follow up.
Case 3
This lovely gentleman came in with a chrome denture which caused him discomfort during mastication. Using the All-on-4 approach we were able to meet his expectations and moreover achieve a great aesthetic result with which the patient was very pleased and thankful. The definitive All-on-4 is a monolithic zirconia bridge layered with cosmetic porcelain on the buccal aspect of the teeth.
Case 4
A life changing result for this patient. This photo was taken at the one week follow up appointment, after the day of the surgery and the immediate loading of the implants with upper and lower All-on-6 bridges. Claire was extremely happy with the result since we were able to correct the previous crowding, moved midline, narrow arch, and achieve an overall great aesthetic and functional outcome. The temporary restorations seen in the right photo, were reinforced with a fibreglass bar.
